Where can I see all my SIMs?
All SIMs are listed under Connectivity| SIMs, displayed in the SIM Table, which is the central place for managing SIM lifecycle and usag
What SIM statuses are available?
SIMs can be in one of three statuses:
- Active: SIM is connected and can use services
- Suspended: SIM is temporarily disabled
- Suspended-Locked: SIM is disabled due to a security lock
How do I search for a specific SIM?
You can use the Search bar in the SIM Table to search by ICCID, IMSI, MSISDN, EID (eSIM), IMEI, or SIM Alias.
What is a SIM alias?
A SIM Alias is a custom name you assign to a SIM to make it easier to identify, such as a device name or location.
Can I filter SIMs?
Yes. You can filter SIMs by status, usage thresholds, assigned plans, labels, country, and account.
Can I perform actions on multiple SIMs simultaneously?
Yes. CMP supports Bulk Actions, allowing you to activate, suspend, move, label, or top up multiple SIMs simultaneously.
Can SIMs be moved between accounts?
Yes. SIMs can be moved between a parent account and its sub-accounts using the Move SIM action.
Can I export SIM data?
Yes. The SIM Table supports exporting SIM data to CSV, including both visible and selected hidden columns.
